You don't normally wear shorts in the winter...but adding leggings creates a cute, warmer way to do so! It adds more to the outfit and allows you to have the freedom of your entire wardrobe! Bermuda shorts, and even regular shorts are cute with different colors and patterns of leggings. Don't let the cold stop you any longer....
The Romper! Almost a dress, but it's not. This cute little shirt with built in shorts is great for the summertime, or dress it up and add leggings and boots for winter! Rompers are sold at Target, Forever 21, and where this one is from..Goodwill! They can be swim suit cover-ups, or when you go out shopping. Lots of possibilities!
Earrings earrings earrings! Make something POP with bright, loud earrings. Using those bright colors with dark outfits really makes a contrast to your clothes. Esp. during the winter when darker clothes are in. Keeping it simple with only a few colors works best. If you go crazy and add the rainbow it can be a little busy and take away from that new dress you just bought.

Accessories are a big part of your outfit. They should be bold, but compliment the outfit. Belts are a great way to dress up any shirt, dress, or tank. And most importantly, a wrist WATCH for every outfit!! Not only is it sophisticated, but there are many different quirky designs to choose from. Wearing a few different types of bracelets can be very cute, but try not to over do it because more is not always better(:
