Earrings earrings earrings! Make something POP with bright, loud earrings. Using those bright colors with dark outfits really makes a contrast to your clothes. Esp. during the winter when darker clothes are in. Keeping it simple with only a few colors works best. If you go crazy and add the rainbow it can be a little busy and take away from that new dress you just bought.
